Produktinformationen "Gang of Heroes"

Description:
In every army, in every war there are always some individuals who are on the lookout for ways to enrich themselves by one way...or another. The U.S. Army was no exception! Some soldiers helped themselves to wine, women and song...Others looted valuable jewelry, paintings, ornaments, silverware – virtually anything they could lay their mitts on. A few had even bigger ambitions...they went after gold bullion! Four GI’s have an appointment with a bank manager somewhere behind German lines and intend to make a rather large withdrawal...

It's time something was done now. However, anyone who dares to do something must be aware that he will probably go down in German history as a traitor. However, if he fails to do so, he would be a traitor to his own conscience.”– Claus Schenk Graf von StauffenbergColonel Claus Philipp Maria Justinian Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg (15.November 1907 - 20.Juli 1944) was a German army officer best known for his failed attempt on 20 July 1944 to assassinate Adolf Hitler at the Wolf's Lair. Despite initial support for the Nazi Party's nationalist aspects, and a tentative opposition to democracy, Stauffenberg joined the covert resistance movement within the Wehrmacht as the war continued, opposing the criminal character of the dictatorship. Alongside Major General Henning von Tresckow and General Hans Oster, Stauffenberg was a central figure in the conspiracy against Hitler within the Wehrmacht. Shortly following the foiled Operation Valkyrie plot, he was executed by firing squad. As a military officer from a noble background, Stauffenberg took part in the Invasion of Poland, the 1941-42 Invasion of the Soviet Union in Operation Barbarossa and the Tunisian Campaign during the Second World War.(C) WikipediaFP011A Standard EditionListing:Historic Based Head Sculpture Articulated Body + 3 Packs of Hands (left)Officer TunicBreechesFattening underwearShirtJack Boots (Real Leather)Officer HatEye PatchOfficer Belt (Real Leather)PPK Pistol + HolsterBriefcase (Real Leather)Bomb x2Pencil Detonator x3PliersNeedle Nose PliersResidual Limb1st Class Wound BadgeFirst Class Iron Cross MedalMission IDSoldbuchOperation Valkyrie Order FolderMeeting Room DioramaMetal Name Plate

Imperial Japanese Navy A6M ‘Zero’
Edition Size: 150 Retired: YES Description:K&C’s first THREE Naval A6M ‘Zeroes’ are long sold out but still we have collectors who ‘want’ that pale grey, black nose ‘classic’ naval aircraft. This fourth IJN ‘Zero’ belongs to the IJN Carrier Zuikaku, flown by Petty Officer 1st Class Tetsuzo Iwamoto, as part of the Combat Air Patrol over the Task Force during the Pearl Harbor operation. Petty Officer 1st Class Iwamoto already had fourteen ‘kills’ claimed over China by 7 December 1941 and was ultimately credited with eighty victories by the end of World War Two and flew on ‘Combat Air Patrol’ above the Japanese Fleet as it released all of its attack aircraft on an unsuspecting Pearl Harbor on that fateful morning of 7 December, 1941.
