Acceptance and reflection period (private Customers only, Dutch law applies)

After the expiry of the trial period of 14 working days, the purchase agreement becomes a fact. Diet Acceptance and reflection period do not apply to business customers.

Unless otherwise stated, after receipt of the order you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving reasons (Example form) and to return the order within 14 days (at your own expense and risk). Any payments made will be returned within 30 days (excluding fees for using PayPal or shipping costs).

The period begins with receipt of the goods. The detailed instructions in text form were given when the order was placed.

Consequences of revocation: In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned. If you cannot return the received goods/services to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the loss in value of the goods. All goods must be in undamaged original packaging and unused. You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as your own property and refraining from anything that would impair its value. The goods must be returned to us at your own risk and expense within 14 days of the declaration of cancellation.
