Ii Naomasa (4. März 1561 - 24. März 1602) war ein General in der Sengoku-Zeit daimyo und später shogun, Tokugawa Ieyasu. Er gilt zusammen mit Honda Tadakatsu, Sakakibara Yasumasa und Sakai Tadatsugu als einer der vier Wächter der Tokugawa. Er führte den Clan nach dem Tod seiner Pflegemutter, Ii Naotora.
