Delivery time:

All items that have a price in the shop are usually available from stock*. The only exceptions are items that can be pre-ordered or have to be made, such as some dioramas and diorama accessories. Your order will be processed immediately after receipt by us. If you pay in advance, your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. On average, delivery takes 2 working days from receipt of payment. Cash on delivery orders are usually sent to you via DHL-NN on the working day after receipt of the order and have an average delivery time of 2-3 working days. The delivery times to all other countries except Germany and BeNeLux may be different and/or longer. *(Errors and omissions excepted) DHL delivers Monday - Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are difficult to find during the day, you should provide us with a delivery address so that we can ship there. If the DHL postman or parcel driver does not find you, he will leave a notification for you and you can pick up your shipment at the post office. Your shipment will be stored there for 7 days and then sent back to us. However, this return is associated with costs that you have to bear.

All deliveries to countries outside the EU are made duty unpaid and untaxed, i.e. all relevant import duties and regulations must be borne and observed by the customer. 

VAT (EU): 

The VAT applicable for your country of residence and delivery country will be calculated in the shopping cart. These prices may therefore differ from the prices displayed in the shop.

Payment:

1. - Advance payment (standard payment method without additional costs)
-Process: After placing your order, you transfer the final amount of your order to one of our accounts and we will ship to you after receipt of payment.

2. - Cash on delivery (optional, only for orders from/to Germany, additional costs for this payment method: €11.50 - and NO further fees to the DHL delivery person)
-Process: We ship to the address/delivery address you provided and you pay in CASH to the delivery person.

3. - Paypal (optional, possible for orders from all countries, additional costs for this payment method: €9.80)
-Process: You pay for the order via Paypal during the ordering process and we ship to you. The payment method fees for the optional payment methods cash on delivery or Paypal will NOT be refunded if you cancel.
